Project Overview
The DevOps Request and Incident Form is a automation app tool created for DevOps Engineers to empower their observability with incoming requests and incidents. Users would often leave out critical details increasing time taken to close tickets.

The tool was created using the Microsoft Suite incorporating Microsoft Azure Boards, Teams, Forms and Power Automate. The form will allow users to enter all relevant details which was then automatically entered into a ticket into the team's Azure board, a message created on the Team's Channel all using Power Automate.

The DevOps Request and Incident Form has helped the DevOps team increase their observability on new tickets being created whilst reducing the time taken to close tickets by eliminating redundant back and forth communications before work on the ticket can be started.
